Located in Pittsburgh's historic Strip District, the Pittsburgh Opera is a venue with a lot of character as well as a lot of space. Springy wood floors, cool lighting, and architectural intrigue! And since this venue is attempting a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification, we have agreed to make our late night dances "green" events. Who knew that dancing into the wee hours of the night would be good for the environment! So bring your water bottle, your dance shoes and your late-night moves to the Pittsburgh Opera to enjoy great music and lindy dancing!

This has been home to our Blues workshop weekend in recent years and proven for lindy hop dancing at our 2010 exchange. This spacious hall has ample parking, a hardwood floor and great air conditioning in a university setting. It's a great way to finish the last couple of dances at the PittStop Lindy Hop weekend!
